We were commissioned to design and code an animated projection for the opening ceremony of Kulturpalast Dresden. Using generative design and projection mapping, we created a virtual character projected onto the façade of the building and reacting live to the music played during the opening concert.

Spread across the building, the giant artificial body moved along to the music and generated a unique performance, a touching interpretation of the orchestral piece Pilgerweise by Franz Schubert.
